These terms govern your use of the LeadGuard AI platform operated by HyperKits Industries ("we," "us," "our"). By using LeadGuard AI, you agree to these terms.
LeadGuard AI provides AI-powered phone agent services for businesses. Our agents answer incoming calls, capture lead information, book appointments, and provide transcripts. Service features vary by plan.
We offer the following subscription plans:
Overage minutes are billed at $0.20/minute. All prices are in USD.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Done For You setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
You agree not to use LeadGuard AI to make outbound spam calls, impersonate real individuals, violate telemarketing regulations (TCPA, TSR), transmit illegal content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws regarding the data your agents collect from callers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages. LeadGuard AI is provided "as-is." Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@leadguardai.app.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, NY.
