Service Description

LeadGuard AI provides an AI-powered receptionist service that answers phone calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and sends follow-up communications on behalf of subscribing businesses.

Subscriptions and Payment

Subscription plans are billed monthly at prices listed on our website.
All payments processed securely through Stripe.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
No refunds once a monthly billing cycle has processed.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card required. Your trial converts to a paid subscription only if you explicitly choose to continue.

Acceptable Use

No illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive calls
No harassment, threats, or abuse
No violation of telemarketing laws
No impersonation of any person or entity
No malware or interference with service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by HyperKits Industries and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

LeadGuard AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination
