This privacy policy applies to the LeadGuard AI platform operated by HyperKits Industries, New York, NY ("we," "us," "our").
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed). When you use our service, we log agent configurations, call metadata (duration, timestamps, status, caller ID), and transcripts. Call audio is processed by our voice AI provider in real-time.
We use your information to provide and improve the LeadGuard AI service, process billing via Stripe, send service notifications, enforce acceptable use, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, password hashing, row-level security on all database tables, and API key authentication with scoped permissions.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Call logs and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@leadguardai.app.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. For any data request, email privacy@leadguardai.app. We respond within 30 days.
We use only essential session storage for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
